Ottertex® Vinyl fabric is a 54" wide, faux leather fabric that weighs approximately 2lbs per linear yard and has a thickness of 1mm. This fabric features a durable PVC (plastic polyvinyl chloride) coating with a mesh back woven from strong polyester fibers. PVC is one of the most widely produced synthetic polymers due to its reliable and lasting nature. The vinyl fabric also has a heat sealable back and a smooth finished leather look on the front, which is perfect for all types of upholstery. The vinyl provides a sustainable body while replicating the comfort of natural leather. The fabric has a finished edge so its ready to use the moment you receive it, without the need for any hemming.

Ottertex® Indoor/Outdoor Stretch Vegan Leather Vinyl is a durable, easy to clean, and pliable material that resembles leather and can be used for a variety of indoor or outdoor applications. Sourced from a blend of PVC (polyvinyl chloride), TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane), polyester, TPE (thermoplastic elastomers), PU (polyurethane), spandex (elastane), this fabric is waterproof, can stretch, is easy to clean, and can resist abrasions. Additionally, Ottertex® Indoor/Outdoor Stretch Vegan Leather Vinyl is available in a variety of bold colors, this long-lasting fabric features a subtle and elegant texture.
Ottertex® Indoor/Outdoor Stretch Vegan Leather Vinyl measures 55/56 inches wide, is 1.04 millimeters thick, has a 900 GSM, and roll sizes are approximately 30 yards each. Furthermore, this material has a 5% vertical stretch, it can withstand temperatures as low as -25°F without cracking, resists mold, and has an ASTM D466-12 double rub count of 180,000.

DOTTED STRETCH VINYL
Ottertex® Dotted Stretch Vinyl is a durable, waterproof, and elegant fabric. Sourced from 100% Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), this material displays a perforated appearance, and features a 100% polyester knit backing. In addition to being available in a wide range of colors, Ottertex® Dotted Stretch Vinyl can be coated with either a shiny or matte finish.
Measuring 55/56 inches wide, Ottertex® Dotted Stretch Vinyl is 0.97 millimeters thick, has a 765 GSM, and roll sizes are approximately 30 yards each. Additionally, this textile has a 5% vertical stretch, and it can withstand temperatures as low as -25°F (Static), 10°F (Dynamic). Furthermore, Ottertex® Dotted Stretch Vinyl is such a heavy-duty material that it resists abrasions, having a double rub count of 18,000 cycles (ASTM 4966), a tear strength of 30 newtons in the warp and weft, and a tensile strength of 450 newtons in the warp and 250 newtons in the weft.

Ottertex® Clear Vinyl is a durable, waterproof, and see-through material. Extruded from 100% Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), this material is further pressed to be transparent. Ottertex® Clear Vinyl is also treated to be waterproof and resist color fading in the sun. Furthermore, Ottertex® Clear Vinyl is a sturdy but flexible material. Available in two widths, 54 inches and 72 inches wide, this clear vinyl also comes in various thicknesses, also known as gauges.

Ottertex® fabrics are sun resistant approved. For whatever your next project may be, if it deals with blocking out the light or creating some shade, these fabrics will ensure that for you. In addition, it is also UV resistant of up to 200 hours.
Ottertex® fabrics are manufactured in such a way that it can resist both mold and mildew. Exposure to materials that already contain mold and mildew can still spread on to the fabric. However, this can be easily washed off and treated. See cleaning instructions for more info.
Fabric can often get dirty, whether it’s at home our outdoors. Fortunately, the Ottertex® fabric is an easy clean. For most dirt and stains, it can be easily removed with a damp cloth and cleaning solution.
